From waste to fuel. All in one plant.
Industrial waste to FT liquids
Feedstock checks, shredding and drying, gasification into syngas, gas cleaning and conditioning, then Fischer-Tropsch synthesis into liquid hydrocarbons and wax. Tail gas from the FT reactor supplies plant heat and power.
See the steps →FT liquids to SAF and renewable diesel
Hydrocracking and hydroisomerisation, then distillation into a jet cut and a diesel cut. The jet cut is certified to ASTM D7566 (the standard for SAF) before blending; the diesel cut becomes renewable diesel.

- NOW
Research & IP
Feedstock sampling, process design, lab search, IP protection.
- PHASE 1
Lab validation
Bench-scale gasification of real industrial waste samples, syngas analysis and FT catalyst tests.
- PHASE 2
Pilot plant
A 1 tonne/day pilot, sited in India first, producing SAF and renewable diesel samples for testing and certification.
- PHASE 3+
Scale-up
Larger plants from the same modular design, with fuel approval through partners.
